Lovely location in Stoke-on-Trent, so close to the Trent valley, the charging bays and grounds overlooking the Trent valley. Brand-new and a decent size units on our bedroom. Coffee/tea making facilities, 2 windows, and a seating area were nice.

We had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in Stoke-on-Trent. The location was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed dining in the conservatory restaurant in the evening. The staff were young and sweet, providing friendly service throughout our meal. The room was big, comfortable, and well-appointed, with good internet access. We were also impressed with the tasty and fresh food in the restaurant, made with locally sourced ingredients. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again.
There was a minor issue with the bathroom hook, as it seemed to be poorly fixed and was hanging off.
